New clients who are not ready to commit to a package plan may also sign up for a single INITIAL 1-HOUR nutrition counselling session. This session will entail a review and assessment of your diet and eating patterns, exercise habits, medical history, overall nutrition and health goals and any other necessary information to design a satisfying, easy-to-follow nutrition plan based on your needs, food preferences, and lifestyle. At the end of your nutrition counselling appointment, you will walk away with clear objectives and a realistic and sustainable plan that will help you achieve the results you are looking for.

Follow-up Appointment  $50

Completed a package/initial assessment and looking for some contuned motiivation, emotional support, or help with specific problems? We can schedule FOLLOW-UP (30 mintue) appointments. Becky will assess your food diary, monitor your progress and provide feedback and suggestions for improvement. She will help you plan your meals and snacks, learn how to incorporate restaurants and your favorite foods and will provide you with recipes that suit your taste buds, cooking skills and schedule. She will help you identify and overcome challenges and will provide ongoing accountability, guidance, and support to help you stay motivated and on track.

Studies show that those clients who meet regularly with their dietitian are the ones who not only reach their health goals, but sustain those changes long-term.

A FRESH Grocery Store Tour  $90

**If already registered in a FRESH package you will qualify for a special rate of $50

This 1 hour Grocery store tour will include

  • Personalized nutrition tour in the grocery store of your choice (Superstore, Sobeys, Costco, Wal-Mart)

  • Tips on how to read product labels

  • Make your shopping time more efficient

  • Be confident that you’re choosing the healthiest food for you and your family

FRESH Kitchen Makeover  starts at $100 

Do you have foods in your home that are impacting your efforts to reach your ideal healthy weight? Are you in need of a kitchen makeover? 

Becky can come into your home for a complete kitchen assessment of the good, the bad and the ugly! She can be your personal coach and teach you how to incorporate nutritious and delicious meals and snacks into your life. Benefits will be gained and goals will be reached by the entire family.

Understanding which foods are nutritious and which foods are not can be difficult and overwhelming. Becky will provide you with healthy recipes, meals and snack ideas. She will teach you how to read a food label and what to look for and provide you with a SMART grocery shopping list.

She will help you learn which foods are interfering with your weight loss and weight management goals, foods that assist in weight loss, foods that keep you feeling full and increase your energy.

FRESH Dietary Analysis  $80

Do you feel like you are on the right track for your diet but are not seeing the results you hoped for? Are you unsure what you could do differently in regards to your nutritional intake?

Becky will complete a dietary analysis for you. This entails you completeing a thorough 3 day food intake record which will be evaluated. Based on the food intake record, a report of your calorie, carbohydrate, protein, fat, vitamin and mineral intake will be provided. She will then offer recommendations and tips to improve your diet based on your inidividual goals.

FRESH Meal Plan  $150

Becky can provide you with a 1 week healthful and individualized meal plan based on your likes and dislikes. This price also includes one 30 minute follow up session.



One Month FRESH Start Plan  $185

If you are already working towards optimizing your health but aren't sure if you're taking the right steps, this package is for you! The One Month plan is for clients who want personalized assistance in assuring that they are on the right track with their health goals.

INCLUDES:  Initial 1 hour assessment and 

                    (2) 30 minute follow up sessions

                     Unlimited support via email. 

In our first session, we'll discuss your past and current health habits, any medical concerns, and your health goals and expectations for the future. I will complete a dietary analysis and provide you with personalized tips and meal and snack ideas that fit your lifestyle.

During the follow up sessions, we'll check in on your goals, address any questions or concerns, and troubleshoot how we can best make your healthy lifestyle changes sustainable.

Three Month FRESH Reset Plan $365

Looking to overhaul your lifestyle, but not sure where to start? This 3 Month Fresh Reset plan is for you! Let's work together to implement a sustainable and life changing approach to improving your health, one day at a time.

Throughout the sessions, we'll discuss your past and current health habits, any medical concerns, and your health goals and expectations for the future. I'll provide you with emotional support, personalized tips, and meal ideas to improve your health and well being, and we'll work together to implement them, taking into account your lifestyle and personality.

After the initial assessment, we'll meet once every couple weeks to check in on your goals and discuss ways to ensure that your new healthy lifestyle is sustainable. 

Six Month FRESH Maintain Plan  $595

This 6 Month Maintain Fresh plan is geared towards motivated clients who are just beginning their health journey and looking for continued guidance and support in accomplishing long term lifestyle change.

INCLUDES: Initial 1 hour assessment plus 

                    (11) 30 minute follow up sessions 

                    Unlimited support via email. 

In our first session, we'll discuss your past and current health habits, any medical concerns, and your health goals and expectations for the future. I'll also share personalized tips and meal ideas to get you started.  After the initial assessment, we'll meet once or twice per month, analyzing your food behaviors, mindset, and lifestyle, and setting mindful short term goals that will lead to long term change.
